By registering, you hereby acknowledge and affirm that you have

reviewed, comprehended, and consented to be bound by all terms,

conditions, rules, and regulations set forth herein and elsewhere on this

website.

You hereby certify and warrant that all information provided to Kuhl

Auctions in connection with your registration is true, accurate, and

complete. You further agree to promptly update and maintain the

accuracy of such information as necessary.

To register on this website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By

accessing or using this site, you expressly agree to maintain the

confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password,

and to restrict access to your account. You further accept full

responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

A valid government-issued identification is required for all pickups. We

reserve the absolute right to deny service in the absence of such

identification. No exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

Kuhl Auctions is dedicated to fostering and maintaining a respectful and

positive workplace environment for its employees and members. Any

form of aggressive behavior, whether in person or through online

platforms, including but not limited to email and social media, will

result in the immediate deactivation of your membership and a

permanent prohibition from accessing our premises or services.

 By submitting a bid, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering

into a legally binding contract to purchase the item in the event that you

are the highest bidder upon the conclusion of the auction.

Payment methods include debit, credit, e-transfer or credit cards

(Mastercard or Visa)

All items must be paid for and collected within the specified deadlines.

Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the items, suspension of

your account, and the imposition of a restocking fee equal to 20% of the

defaulted invoice total.

Account suspensions will only be lifted upon full payment of all

outstanding fees.

An 18% Buyer Premium fee will apply to all purchases followed by GST

of 5%

Items are sold ‘AS-IS’ unless otherwise noted. The description of an

item is provided solely as a general opinion and does not constitute an

official appraisal of its value or functionality, as it is based entirely on

the item’s visual appearance. Kuhl Auctions makes no representations

or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability,

currency, or error-free nature of product descriptions or other content

available on its website.

Items offered for sale may originate from consignments by private

entities, governmental agencies, or institutions that possess the legal

authority to commit such items to sale. These items may be classified as

recovered, abandoned, refused, undelivered, seized, forfeited, or “as

found,” and should be presumed to be “used” unless explicitly stated

otherwise.

Kuhl Auctions does not have access to, nor will it disclose, specific

details regarding any items consigned for sale. Additionally, the

Auction House will not respond to inquiries or claims from any individual

or entity concerning such items. All items consigned for sale have

undergone due diligence by either the seller or a recognized third party

and are held and sold in compliance with applicable federal and

provincial laws and regulations.

Items sold by Kuhl Auctions are subject to applicable tax legislation,

including the tax laws of Alberta and other Canadian provinces. All

taxable items collected from the Calgary warehouse will be subject to

GST as mandated by law.

If a Bid is placed within 1 minute of closing, the closing time will be

extended by 1 minute

 Kuhl Auctions reserves the absolute right to cancel, refuse, disqualify, delete,

or modify any auction item, bidder, account, or registrant at its sole discretion

and without providing cause or prior notice.

All items sold are subject to applicable taxes in Alberta.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring items comply with Canadian Consumer

Product Safety Act (CCPSA) standards.

Any disputes will waive the right to a trial by jury and may be referred to

legal action or collection agencies if necessary.

Buyer is responsible for pickup of all items.  All Items are to be within 5 days of Auction End.  New Horizon Malls Hours are from 11AM - 7PM Weekly, however a scheduled pick must be in place.  Any item not picked up by designated date will be forfeit and assigned a 20% restocking fee.
